my eating habits were not the best today I did have a few chocolates and cookies at work plus half an avocado sandwich wich isn’t that bad but I have to do better tomorrow :)

For the past two months I have been eating and pretty much doing whatever I wanted. I completely fell of the “eat healthy and exercise” bandwagon and I feel and look terrible. I have zero energy, my clothes are starting to fit tighter and tighter and my family has noticed that I’m getting rather large. Since I was in the 5th grade I have been battling this issue with eating and being healthy. I know that I am an addict and just like any addict I let my inner wants consume my life, but officially today I am opening a new door and closing the door from my past. It really sucks because I only had twenty pounds until I reached my UGW and now I am basically back to where I started…it’s so frustrating and I never want to feel this way again so this time I will not let that little voice in my head talk me into eating poorly or not exercising. I have to win this battle against food and I will reach my UGW someday soon.
